Terms of service

Last updated 23 August 2026

These terms cover your use of bound.cc and any order you place with us. They're written to be readable, not to trip you up. If anything's unclear, email info@bound.cc and we'll explain it.

Who you're buying from

bound.cc is operated by Child Industries Pty Ltd (ABN 70 675 523 529), trading as Bound, in Sydney, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Child Industries Pty Ltd.

Placing an order

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your order and send you a confirmation.

Very occasionally we may need to cancel an order, for example if an item sells out or a price is listed incorrectly. If that happens we'll contact you and refund you in full. Nothing here affects your rights if we've already accepted and dispatched your order.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay, with shipping shown separately before you confirm.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers over an encrypted connection, and we never store your full card details.

Shipping and delivery

We ship from Sydney. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, since the carrier handles the last leg.

Risk in your order passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Full details are in our Returns and Refunds policy. In short: if something's wrong, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right. If you change your mind, get in touch within 30 days of delivery.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

Product information

We work hard to describe Looplock accurately, including its dimensions and what it fits. Colours can look slightly different between screens, and packaging and minor design details may change over time as we improve the product.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse, share and buy. Please don't attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Looplock and Bound, along with our text, images, video and design, belong to Child Industries Pty Ltd. You can't use them commercially without our written permission.

Buying through other channels

Looplock is also sold on Amazon Australia. Orders placed there are governed by Amazon's terms and their returns process, not these terms. Your consumer guarantee rights are the same either way, so if Amazon can't resolve something, email us.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we're not liable for loss that wasn't reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by using Looplock in a way it clearly wasn't designed for.

Looplock is a bag sealing device for everyday household use. It isn't a substitute for proper food safety practice, refrigeration or storage guidance, so please keep following the storage instructions on your food.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
