Returns Policy

Our products are built to last, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right - simply and fairly.

30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns (Website Orders)

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping for change of mind is covered by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, let us know.
Send your order number and a photo, and we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the issue.

We cover all shipping costs for faulty/defective items.

Exchanges

We’re happy to arrange an exchange for a different colour or variant, stock permitting.
Exchanges are processed once the original product is returned and inspected.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and notify you.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Banks and payment providers typically take 3–5 business days to process.

If you purchased through Amazon, Amazon handles shipping, returns, and refunds directly under their own policy.
